Beef/Chicken Stroganoff

Tuesday again...


the menu:

Beef or Chicken Stroganoff
Noodles
Broccoli
Carrots/Ranch
Strawberries & Blueberries
Ice Cream cones


the instructions:

heat the noodles, steam the broccoli, & enjoy


the recipes:

Beef Stroganoff
2 lbs stew meat
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
8 oz sliced mushrooms
16 oz sour cream

Mix all but mushrooms and sour cream in crock pot. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. About an hourish before you eat, add the mushrooms and sour cream.


(FYI: I used 98% fat free soups and reduced fat sour cream.)

  2. If you made this everyweek, Rach might actually gain weight. He ate everything you made and LOVED it!!! And so did the rest of us.
